There will be a $25 billable charge for each phone call initiating an order inquiry whether or not material is available for shipment. Should you place an order there will be an additional $50 handling fee exclusive of transportation and product costs. Written confirmation assuming responsibility for premium freight charges will be required via facsimile or e-mail prior to shipment.
